Severely disappointed
I swore off tops a little over a yr ago. I am out of town and in a town that only has a tops.
Stopped to get some steaks. Took them about about 4 hrs later to let rest. My lord they had a sour odor. The date on the package said they were good until the 3rd (sell by date).
This is the second time in a yr and change that I've purchased steaks there and can't eat them. So now, as my children are screaming about food, I have to drop more money for a pizza that's going to take another 45 to pick up and get back.
Over a hundred is steaks, and I get pizza for the second day in a row. I'm done with tops, not just the meat section, the whole damn place.

Went shopping at Tops in North Syracuse... And I used the self check out after several tries cuz It sucks and didn't work..
And you Put a grandma on a register that by no fault of hers she was slow !! had 6 to 8 people backed up in line while several of your Younger employees are just standing there on their phones not helping her or anyone !!! WTF.. Wegmans might be more $$$ but they man all there registers with qualified employees...
Think I will be shopping at Wegmans more often if not all together !!!
Even Aldis mans all their registers with qualified People !! This is BY FAR Not the FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED !!Please at least act as if you care about the people who make your pay check !~

{{redacted}} Me and my family always shop at this location and never had an issue and today while shopping the store manager and the assistant store manager were there and there was a moving cart full of candy sitting near customer service they then proceeded to stop 2 workers from working to tell them they had to unload it and this is a rare occasion because as i said im always here and the store manager had a attitude and the assistant manager looked up after talking to one of the workers doing their JOB! and said that she needed to walk away because of how angry she was getting, and then THE STORE MANAGER said and I QUOTE "they dont even look in this store" this is poor management skills and shows bad characteristics of what mangers should be and acting like very disappointed this time
